Four Weeks of Yin

Yin Yoga is a slow and meditative practice. Postures are held longer with the muscles relaxed. Yin yoga postures gently stretch and rehabilitate the connective tissue that form our joints. Qualities of yin are cool, dark, still, downward energy, earth, calm. Join us every Tuesday for four weeks starting on July 24th @ 6:00 pm. A perfect practice near the close of your day to help the body unwind and the mind to quiet. To register online go to our classes and services page. Cost is $65.00 for four weeks or $20 a class in case you cannot come to them all.
